R-EVOLUTION PROJECT (aka r-ev) aims to support the creative processes of a new generation of performative artists, encouraging cultural exchanges and providing participants with new creative sTIMULI as a result of the interaction and contamination between different cultural and geographical areas.

Nuovo Teatro Sanità

Nuovo Teatro Sanità (NtS’) originated in 2013 in Naples in the Rione Sanità, by the will of a group of theater professionals, led by artistic director Mario Gelardi, who met the young people of Sanità and built with them a theater, in a church of the ‘700, gathering around him a real community.

Sardegna Teatro – Theater of Relevant Cultural Interest

Founded in 1973, Teatro di Sardegna (TdS) was recognized in 2015 by MiBACT as the only Sardinian TRIC, thanks to the project Sardegna Teatro directed by Massimo Mancini, receiving also the MiBACT contribution for the Dance Review.
In addition to the production of multidisciplinary performances, TdS expresses its longing for a cooperative society proposing itself as a place of collective experience, training of emerging artists and active involvement of communities.

Primavera dei Teatri

A festival focused on the new languages of the contemporary scene, Primavera dei Teatri is held in Castrovillari, a small town on the outskirts of Calabria, one of the most disadvantaged regions of Italy, which has always been cut off from the most significant cultural currents crossing Europe. Today, after twenty editions, the festival is considered one of the leading events of the Italian artistic scene, an essential reference point for operators, critics, artists and audiences from all over Italy and abroad.

Scena Nuda theater company was founded in Reggio Calabria in 2006 by Teresa Timpano and Filippo Gessi, both graduates of the Civic Academy of Dramatic Art Nico Pepe of Udine. In 2010 Roberta Smeriglio joined in the role of organizer and designer. The Association stands out for its widespread work on the territory and with schools, managing to create, in 2010 at the Odeon Theatre in Reggio Calabria, the season of theater for children Theater for you, involving 17,000 spectators.

Zoukak Theatre

Zoukak was created in 2006 as a structure dedicated to theatre practice as social and political engagement. Through each performance, it addresses issues such as gender and sexuality, history, power and religion, death and immortality, and applies its theatrical tools in various contexts through social engagement, therapy and education. Zoukak has worked in festivals and venues in the Middle East, Europe, the United States, Latin America, Southeast Asia and parts of Africa. It also organises residencies and events, including the ‘Zoukak Sidewalks Festival’, and has received several awards such as the Chirac Foundation Award of Culture for Peace (2017) and the Ellen Stewart International Award (2018).

Théâtre El Hamra

The El Hamra theatre is a historic space dating back to the early 20th century.  Founded as a cinema and closed in the 1970s, it was then reopened in 1985 by Tunisian artist Ezzeddine Gannoun, who made it an indispensable space on the national and international performing arts scene.
In 2001, Ezzeddine Gannoun also created A.R.A.F., an African Arab centre for theatre training and research. The centre, hosted by the El Hamra theatre, aims to train and mentor young professional artists, in order to develop and guide their theatrical knowledge during training sessions.

Artemrede | Municipality of Torres Vedras

Artemrede is a cultural cooperation project that has been running continuously for 16 years. It was created with the aim of assisting municipalities in the planning and management of their theatres, but the network also deals with visual arts, art education and professional training for the cultural sector.
Part of the network is the municipality of Torres Vedras, recognised in the fields of sustainable tourism, territorial planning and promotion of healthy lifestyles, winning a number of national and international awards.

FIBA – Festival Internacional de Buenos Aires

Since 1997, it has been one of the most important cultural events in the region, bringing together in each edition the best of theatre, music and dance from both the local and foreign scene. FIBA presents a wide range of proposals that are surprising for their uniqueness and for their invitation to new experiences, often participatory, immersive and interactive, including several proposals in a hybrid format where audiovisual language is added to stage language. Among the Festival’s objectives is to deepen and strengthen several axes developed in the last editions, such as the gender perspective and LGBTQI+ diversity and inclusion policies, together with the development of sustainable communication and attention to the environment.

Centro Cultural Recoleta

The Centro Cultural Recoleta, dependent on the Undersecretary for Cultural Policies and New Audiences of the Ministry of Culture of the City of Buenos Aires, is a lively and participative space for adolescents and young people that has been committed to coexistence in diversity and promoting artistic movements in the country and around the world for more than three decades. The Centre is open to the community and all forms of contemporary expression: visual arts, music, dance, theatre, literature and cinema coexist with hip hop, cosplayers, booktubers, instagramers, gamers and all the new young cultural scenes.  A meeting place where people connect with each other, with new ideas and experiences that transform them.

Fundación Santiago Off

Santiago Off is a non-profit cultural foundation, whose network is currently present in four regions of Chile, that designs, manages and implements artistic projects and socio-educational programmes. Its purpose is to enable all citizens to have access to performances, live experiences, educational tools and develop their own expressions in the artistic-cultural field, but also to promote the democratic access of national performing arts teachers, especially of the new generation, to opportunities for specialisation, visualisation, validation, publicity, circulation and export of their creative services. Their activities include various educational and research projects, creative residencies and the Santiago Off International Festival.

Corporación Teatro Regional Del Biobío

The Biobío Theater is an innovative public cultural facility for the region, with a high technological level, where you can enjoy different and highly innovative performances.
This artistic center that allows for the convergence of different artistic expressions was built on the bank of the Biobío river, near the public offices of the region’s capital and where the city’s railroad terminal was historically located.

INAE Uruguay Instituto Nacional de Artes Escénicas

The National Institute of Performing Arts of Uruguay (INAE) is committed to promoting and strengthening the development of the performing arts throughout the country. Implosivo Artes Escénicas
(partner | Montevideo, Uruguay)

Implosivo Artes Escénicas was created with the objective of developing three fundamental areas: education, residencies and creation. Implosivo operates as a workshop institute for actors, offering a three-year training, as well as seminars, conventions and courses in cultural management, dramaturgy, visual design and scenography, taught by national and international masters.
Through research actions and laboratory work, the company creates theatrical works based on different artistic codes, such as: architecture, plastic, aesthetics, audiovisual and music.

The Festival Brújula al Sur, founded by Teatro La Concha, is a scenic ecosystem active in Cali since 2013. Through three-year cycles of Training, Creation and Circulation, the Festival supports the meeting and organisation of artistic residencies involving local students and professionals as well as national and international guests, thus giving rise to the numerous projects that are co-produced and distributed each year. In support of these phases, audience training projects are carried out (Escuela de espectadores del pacífico) along with meetings between programmers, theatre companies, artists and teachers to extend the network useful for the circulation of works (Camino al sur).
